I'm a Montreal native and the founder of HomeWatch MTL. I know these neighbourhoods, these streets, and exactly what our winters do to a vacant home. This isn't a franchise or a call centre — it's me, personally making sure your property is protected while you're away.

Our default service is exterior-only. No keys required. No one enters your home. No interior photos. For most homeowners this is exactly what they want — your home stays your home. Interior access is available as a $29-per-visit add-on with your written authorization, and revocable at any time.

My wife works alongside me on the business. She brings a background in psychology and a deep sense of discretion to every client interaction — and she serves our Spanish-speaking neighbours in their own language. Together we cover French, English, and Spanish across Montreal.

INTERIOR ACCESS TERMS — READ BEFORE AUTHORIZING:

HomeWatch MTL Inc. will enter the property only on scheduled visit days and only for the purpose of conducting the agreed interior inspection checklist.
Entry will be performed by authorized HomeWatch MTL Inc. principals only — never subcontracted or delegated to third parties.
Keys or access codes provided will be stored in a locked secure safe and labelled with an anonymous numeric code only — never with your name or address.
HomeWatch MTL Inc. will not photograph the interior of the property unless a specific issue is found that requires documentation for insurance or repair purposes.
HomeWatch MTL Inc. is not liable for pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or issues that could not have been detected by a reasonable visual inspection.
HomeWatch MTL Inc. will not move, use, or disturb personal belongings beyond what is necessary to conduct the inspection checklist.
This authorization is revocable at any time with 24 hours written notice by email to info@homewatchmtl.ca.
Interior access constitutes a voluntary grant of licence to enter — not a transfer of any property rights or liability.
